Dear Chiara -

My name is Jennifer Garner, and I serve as the Secretariat for the JTC 1 SWG on Accessibility.  We are currently meeting this week in Tokyo.

During today's review of the ANEC comments provided in response to the SWG-A User Needs Summary (attached - SWG-A N 043), I was asked to contact you to get clarification on two points of the ANEC comments:
  1. I have been asked to clarify what is meant by the ANEC comment "They are restricted in the volume they are allowed to use" provided in response to the User Needs Summary row entitled "Perceive dynamically displayed info...".

  2. Additionally, there was discussion of the ANEC comment "May have trouble adapting their procedure if required steps change" provided in response to the row entitled "Understand how to use product...".  The alternative text "May have trouble adapting their memorized procedure if required steps change" was proposed.  Does this modification adequately address the ANEC comment?
We will be revisiting this document tomorrow, so if there is any possibility of your responding in time for tomorrow's meeting it would be greatly appreciated.
